Electrical components are the fundamental units that make up an electrical system. They perform key functions such as control, protection, connection, detection, and execution in circuits, ensuring the safe, stable, and efficient operation of the power system and electrical equipment.

Based on function, electrical components can be mainly divided into the following six categories:

Power Supply Components:

Provide stable electrical energy to the system, such as transformers and batteries.

Transformers: Enable voltage leveling, facilitating long-distance power transmission and equipment adaptation.

Batteries: Store electrical energy for emergency power outages or mobile power supply.

Control Components:

Act as the "command center" of the system, controlling the on/off state of circuits and the start/stop of equipment.

Relays, contactors, and PLCs: Use small currents to control large current devices, achieving automated control.

Push-button switches and timer switches: Enable manual or timed control, such as starting/stopping motors and timer switches for lighting.

Protective Accessories:

Act as "safety guardians" of the circuit, preventing accidents such as overload, short circuit, and leakage.

Circuit Breakers and Fuses: Automatically disconnect the circuit in case of overload or short circuit, protecting equipment and wiring.

Residual Current Devices (RCDs): Trip rapidly when the leakage current reaches 30mA, preventing electric shock and ensuring personal safety.

Surge Protectors: Protect against instantaneous high voltage caused by lightning strikes or power grid fluctuations.

Connecting Accessories:

Construct the "bloodline network" of the circuit, achieving reliable electrical connections.

Terminal Blocks and PCB Terminal Blocks: Used for fixing wires to the circuit board, ensuring stable signal and power transmission.

Power Fittings and Cable Connectors: Used for connecting and fixing high-voltage lines or high-current equipment.
