Home appliances should be inspected immediately after installation to ensure installation quality and safe use. The timing of inspection varies slightly depending on the appliance, but the core principle is: complete a comprehensive inspection before the installers leave.
1. Immediate Inspection (On-site After Installation) All appliances should be powered on and tested on-site after installation or testing.
This is the most crucial inspection step:
Air Conditioner: Immediately after installation, test the cooling/heating effect, air deflector movement, and remote control operation.
Washing Machine: Check for smooth water inlet and outlet, no violent vibration during spin-drying, and a sealed door.
Television: Before wall mounting, power on the television to check for dead pixels, scratches, and normal signal input.
Range Hood: After turning it on, test the suction power and noise level, and confirm that the exhaust pipe connection is sealed and a check valve is installed.
2. Acceptance after settling (for special appliances such as refrigerators)
Refrigerator: After transportation, it needs to be left to stand for 2–24 hours before powering it on. Functional testing can only be performed after the compressor lubricating oil has returned to its normal level and the piping has stabilized.
Acceptance items include: whether the door seal is tight, whether the drawers slide smoothly, whether the cooling effect meets the standard, and whether there is any abnormal noise.
